So say the data of the Institute of Economics in Zagreb, which recently published the second edition of the Real Estate Market Survey in the Republic of Croatia. Although the statistics according to the available data of the study show that the average price in 2018 was 1,200 eur / m2. The stated data refers to the level of the entire county, if we include in the calculation the peripheral parts of the county where prices are below 1,000 eur / m2. However, how much are the average prices of apartments in Zadar in certain neighborhoods currently? Please note that part of the calculation of the average price of apartments are apartments in new construction together with other apartments. According to the data of the Institute of Economics in Zagreb, Zadar County is among the top six counties in the Republic of Croatia, which together with the city of Zagreb realizes more than three quarters of all purchase and sale transactions of apartments according to data for 2018. It is predicted that in 2020 it will record an even greater increase compared to previous years, when we talk about the city of Zadar and Zadar County, and that apartment prices will record a slight increase and stabilization.
